In 1992, Hiren Goswami stepped into the manufacturing industry as a machine operative.
With no shortcuts to success, he
spent years understanding the intricacies of steel fabrication, production processes,
and industrial operations.
Through dedication and hands-on experience, he climbed the corporate ladder, becoming
the General Manager of a leading
steel manufacturing company by 2011. This role gave him deep insights into large-scale
operations, management, and the
ever-growing demands of the steel industry.
Despite achieving professional success, he knew that his true potential lay beyond
employment. His entrepreneurial
spirit and passion for engineering fuelled a desire to build something of his own.
In 2011, Hiren left behind his stable career and took a leap into the unknown. With
no financial backing, no factory,
and no certainty—only determination and a vision—he set out on a mission to create
his own company.
For the next four years, he hustled, learned, and adapted, facing multiple
challenges along the way. Every failure was a
lesson, and every obstacle was a stepping stone toward something bigger. He spent
this time building relationships,
studying market trends, and preparing to establish a company that would stand out in
the steel industry.
Through sheer perseverance, he turned challenges into opportunities, working
tirelessly to lay the foundation for what
would soon become Shreeji Infrastructure.
